A disabled patient of the Mass Eye and Ear Infirmary was crossing Charles street from a parking area and was struck by a car.
The plaintiff crossed the street where a wheelchair curb cut was located (at the top of the ramp to parking) and where another curb cut was located directly across the street. The plaintiff did not cross 100' to the south where there was a cross walk and no curb cuts.
Drake Exhibits was retained by the plaintiff to produce a scaled graphic drawing showing all the features of the street and surrounding area. Drake photographed and measured the site and then created a large format graphic panel for the client to use at mediation and trial.
